In the Beginning

In the beginning Ancient Wisdom was a small chain of gift shops with outlets in Sheffield and Derbyshire.  In response to customer demand a range of original aromatherapy products were developed. These products (among them Sleep Stones) proved to be so successful that other retailers began to ask for supplies.  It quickly became apparent that wholesaling to the independent gift trade was an attractive proposition.  It has been this focus on customer lead demand that has been and remains a feature of our success. 

Over the years the aromatherapy concept has been expanded to include a large range of giftware products including candles, crystals and incense. We now stock approaching 10,000 product lines, importing from India, Indonesia, Nepal and China - supplying the gift trade throughout Europe. 

Operating from Affinity Park - a 100,000 sq ft distribution warehouse in Sheffield, 80,000 sq ft distribution warehouse in Slovakia, and 20,000 sq ft warehouse in Spain we are always adding to our product ranges with the intention of supplying everything your gift business needs.
