Supplier Standards and Ethics

✺ Labour Practices
The Supplier shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding fair labour practices, including providing fair rates of pay to subcontractors and employees.

✺ Prohibition of Commissions
The Supplier acknowledges and agrees that no commissions, kickbacks, bribes, or other similar payments shall be offered or paid to any AW representative, employee or agent.

The Supplier shall not employ or utilise child labour in any form within its operations or supply chain. The Supplier commits to maintaining transparent records to demonstrate adherence to this prohibition in all business activities and partnerships.

The Supplier shall ensure that all products supplied to AWIndo meet the agreed-upon quality standards and comply with any applicable regulatory requirements.
